This renovation and refresh of a semi-detached Victorian home in the Kensington Market area focused on bringing a sense of openness and modern livability to a historic structure. The original floors were painted white, instantly brightening the interior and creating a lighter, more expansive feel throughout the main level.
A discreet powder room was added beneath the stairs, maximizing functionality without compromising space. Upstairs, the second floor was reconfigured to accommodate a dedicated laundry area and a newly designed bathroom, resulting in an open, efficient layout better suited to the needs of a contemporary family.

This project involved a complete gut renovation that transformed a former duplex into a bright and functional single-family home for a growing family of four. All three bedrooms and three bathrooms were reimagined with modern layouts, while the main living space and kitchen were opened up to create a cohesive, family-friendly flow.
Throughout the home, windows were enlarged to bring in more natural light and enhance the sense of openness. A new rear extension provided the additional square footage needed for comfortable everyday living, resulting in a thoughtfully expanded home tailored to the family’s future.

This cottage renovation focuses on transforming the main living area and kitchen into an open, airy space that embraces the lakefront setting. This student-run advertising agency at Sagrado Corazón University was transformed from a closed, windowless room into a bright, open space connected to the campus’s interior patio. The redesign brings in abundant natural light and greenery, creating a more energetic and welcoming environment for creative work. Inside, circular ceiling panels, clean lines, and flexible furniture give the studio a modern, adaptable feel, while pops of color and student artwork add personality. Along the adjacent corridor, floor-to-ceiling windows and small work tables create a calm, sunlit walkway that doubles as an informal meeting area. Altogether, the space feels lively, practical, and thoughtfully designed for collaboration.
